We can help in almost any industry as long as you don't need someone to physically be at a location.
Do they speak English?
Yes, we pre-screen all of our candidates for English speaking and grammar prior to presenting to a client. We primarily recruit from the Philippines as they have been speaking American English since kindergarten and are excellent in client facing roles.
Does this person work only for me?
Yes, you will get a dedicated remote staff member.
Do they work my hours?
Yes, prior to recruitment we will gain an understanding of your desired work hours. Weekends, days, nights. Up to you.
What if I need to replace my VA or cancel?
We offer no setup fee and you can cancel at any time. If you're not happy with your VA we will replace them free of charge.
Can they use my software?
While we provide tools like google business suite and other software, you can provide any additional software needed for the role.
Can they receive and make outbound calls?
Yes, they can text and call like any other remote staff.
